So this is the chosen spot. You can't really see the roots, but the tree is to the right and there are roots all on the surface. The plan is for raised beds with a picket fence. It will be a rectangle with one of the corners at the corner of the house. Stay tuned for more details. It will be interesting to see how well I can document each of the steps from what you see here to cooking something delicious in the kitchen!
